We do one thing well: we turn the part of your house you rarely use into the part you use most. That means framing, insulation, wiring, plumbing, drywall, flooring, paint and the escape window that makes a bedroom legal.

Who pulls the permit?
Your contractor should, under their own license. MABCD advises that homeowners say no if a contractor asks them to pull it (MABCD).
