Quotes and work

A quote is an estimate until we see the basement. Work follows a written agreement.

Kansas notes

Kansas has no statewide code for residential structures, so local rules apply (Kansas Legislature). Radon testers and fixers must be certified by the state health department (KDHE).

Sedgwick County notes

Wichita and Sedgwick County use the Unified Building and Trade Code. MABCD licenses contractors (contractor licensing). Other cities may use different permit rules, so ask your city office.
